The staff was friendly, so I would stay there again. I was happy with hotel's good location close to Portland. The guest room was comfy and beautiful, with central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. The bed was perfect; and there was bathtubs. Location: the property was short walk to the beach and surroundings of the old orchard beach area and the amusement park and ocean.

Great location near Portland! The room was pretty spacious and had all we needed: AC, a flat-screen TV, and even a microwave. The staff was really nice and helpful. a cool spot to stay! 😊

We loved the clean and comfortable rooms at the Gull! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and amusement park. As a young family, it was great to have everything so close by.
Everything was taken care of so well at the Gull, we felt like royalty! Nothing was too much trouble.
